We are extremely happy with our experience with our sales rep and installation crew. It was a cold, rainy/snowy day that they came and installed. They were running behind because of the weather. I was surprised that they were working because it was quite chilly out. Anyway, I was very impressed that they called in the morning to tell us they were running behind and also gave me a time frame of when they would show up. Our sales rep also called a few days later to check on our satisfaction and if we had any questions. Customer service is priceless.

 

The workers were all super. From measuring and checking everything to the roofers dedication to completing the job in spite of bad weather. They came to put gutter covers in on a Sunday afternoon. The window guys were hard workers, very particular and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I am completely satisfied with the product and the great workers!

 

We took advantage of the “Triple For Double” sale to replace some old, leaky windows. Even though there was still considerable snow on the ground, it didn’t stop the installation team from working quickly and efficiently. The windows are beautiful and certainly live up to their advertising claims. The labor is done with care and pride and the crews always clean up after themselves. It all adds up to a quality product and happy customers.
