We bought 13 windows from the Window Store in 2009. When we brought some screens in for repair we were pleasantly surprised to find they were covered under warranty. During the initial project, we were impressed with the sales person and were so please with the installation crew and what a great job they did. The service after the sale is just great and the screens prove it! We tell everyone about the Window Store and how much our windows are saving us in energy costs. Before we put in the new windows we were paying $100 a week for energy costs and now we are paying half that, even with the price increases.

There are no cold drafts around these windows. The clarity is amazing. My African Violets are all in bloom. Your employees are what one wishes all employees everywhere around be like, knowledgeable, concerned, hard working.

The basement windows that were installed the summer of 09 have reduced my monthly gas bills.  I look forward to a reduction again with the installation of this years windows. I have already noticed a reduction in the amount of times the furnace turns on per day.

I was very impressed with the Window Store from the beginning of our project. You sent a copy of your license and insurance to us and a list of customers in our area. You called and sent letters through all aspects of the project.  The young men who did the work were on time and finished in a timely manner.  They were courteous and cleaned everything entirely up. There was nothing left in the yard or porch when it was done – all cleaned up. The vice-president showed up a few days after to inspect the work, which was very impressive.  A small flaw in one screen & window was immediately replaced. We are totally satisfied. One thing only – it was a little more expensive than I had anticipated.

We use the Window Store not only because are the sales rep & office personnel are very easy to work with, but everyone is very friendly, like family.  Work up is always explained and amounts up front, follow-ups and paper made for very people friendly.  Workers come and do an outstanding job with no disruption to family, pets or neighbors. Plants are always left in tack. Best of all, you can leave in the morning go to work and when you come home, it looks like the crew was never there.  No mess, just a new product professionally installed and the old ones hauled away along with the mess.  Would use again and refer to others.
